This exchange is a joke. Every time I try to use it, and withdraw my funds, they get stuck, and the support does nothing. Earlier this year I got KICK tokens stuck in withdrawal for nearly two months. Now my HTML has been stuck for two weeks – with same useless email response that “it will be fixed soon”. Now my coins aren’t staking. Not only do I not have my funds, but I’m now losing my daily staking income because they cant figure out how to send a funds withdrawal. I regret – daily – ever pointing my computer to this incompetent excuse for a trading platform.
My KYC review has been for 2 weeks and I have not received any email reply
Overall like the exchange. Slow and difficult to address issues. In fairness, they eventually respond, and I do get answers. Sometimes I’m not real happy with the answers, but fair and I understand. Do not lose your phone.My issue presently is I’ve been trying over a month I believe to get the 2FA turned off. I can’t get into the site until it is. I want to make some moves and put some more in, but I can’t. Painfully slow. I understand the gravity and appreciate the attempt to protect me from me????but I’ve jumped through hoops, Given them everything requested. More than 72 hours since complete and I know nothing more than I knew a month ago. Frustrated.
I can’t see my deposit but all the same it’s a cool exchange
I know hitbtc platform because of the MTC coin, but registered account in 2 days, I was hacked ，the MTC have been malicious cheap trading, account lost, because I don’t how many money, I feel ill; Therefore, I need help from the platform, because I have set a strict account password, but you have been avoiding the responsibility, thinking that it has nothing to do with the platform. But I want to say in the same network environment, account of the other platforms is very safe, never to be hacked, but your platform was hacked, you hurt my heart completely, I couldn’t use hitbtc trading platform, now I am afraid of stolen money again; What is more unacceptable to me is that you have no intention to compensate the user or compensate the user with actual actions. I hope you are responsible to the users and give me some compensation. Please consider it. Thank you.
Awful experience. It is an Exchange from you you really need to be careful and avoid to out any money in it. DO some research and you will find out how many people they are scamming! BE CAREFUL!
Can’t believe what is happening and what this exchange is doing! Basically this is modern day theft! I lost my 2FA Device (mobile phone), I managed to get back my access with all the other exchanges (Bitfinex, Binance, Poloniex, Coinbase) but I am struggling for more than 1 month with HitBTC. I provided all required documents, photos, data about recent transactions and they are not even thinking of removing my 2FA. The most unbelievable thing is that they were quite swift in replying till I provided all the required data, especially details about a transaction that matched my account activity – which is quite hard to find when you do not have access to your account, however once I have provided everything … they are now not replying anymore!!! This is more than 1 month already. I am thinkig of reporting this as a crime to UK police (where I am from), Chilean Police(where they have the Customer Support) and Hong-Kong Police (where the company is registered). I can’t believe and accept that in 2018, a public company with such exposure and access to huge amounts of money can do something like this. It is absolutely incredible but I will do everything to get back the access to my funds and then move them immediately out of that disgusting exchange.

I am very new user for Crypto market. Just wanted to check how thing works really.
I got the link of HITBTC from the SUNMONEY, logged in transferred my bit coin bought CAPP around mid December ; as soon as I bought CAPP , the currency has been removed from this exchange; not letting us any 1 of know what happen with CAAP.
I waited till 27/12/2017 to withdraw, seems impossible contacted support
teams more than 10 times no answers seems they do not exist.
Very bad experience in Crypto and now I am genuinely thinking whether HITBTC is just a scam. I still have not managed to withdraw the coin.
Not sure whether there is any legal remedy; I tried to withdraw the coin when the value was 1CAPP = 0.5 ,now it has gone down to 0.29. Not sure whether I can also claim against the loss of profit.
If you are thinking to invest in Crypto HITBTC is definitely not the 1.
Please follow up the ticket id # 127531. This is my first deposited coin of trx into hitbtc and I did not realize that hitbtc do not support coin transferred by contract. Please solve the case for me as soon as possible because it it quite urgent for me. Thanks you. I hope hitbtc is still serve the best to customers!
