The customer service here is great, I recently bought a Mercedes which I love but I sadly noticed it needed some work to the back end. I dropped the guys at VR EPS a message and the car was booked in straight away! I couldn’t have asked for this to have been handled better. Throughout the process of buying the car I predominately dealt with Nick, he was a true gent and very pleasant to deal with.
I always tell anyone in the market for a new car to come to VR EPS. I have bought cars from both Martin and Nick and they are brilliant. You get nothing but great service from the team. They are honest, always responsive and have a great set up. There is nothing I can think that they can improve on – their attitude is different to that elsewhere. I got to spend a reasonable amount of time with the car before I bought it and the process is as simple as it can be. I really like that they use WhatsApp to communicate and send videos with answers – this felt much more personal. I will be giving VR EPS 5 stars, the level of availability and interaction I was able to have was second to none and showed me that they really care about their customers.
I would definitely buy from VR EPS again because they were so good while I was buying my Mazda 3. All the employees I met and spoke with were polite and easy to talk to. The car itself has been amazing so far 😊
I bought a Mini Cooper from VR EPS recently and I have to say its a great car. All Mini’s are nice but mine is especially lovely – in great condition and a high spec. The guys who prep the cars do a fantastic job, looks like it was straight out of the factory. The team were extremely pleasant to deal with, everyone was polite and friendly. An exemplary car buying experience.
The customer service here is unreal, honestly its the best I have ever been treated as a customer! I love my Pro Ceed and I can foresee me holding onto this car for a good few years to come! When I am eventually ready for another car VR will be the first place on my list to be looking.
